1/2 cup of bentonite clay;
1/2 cup of Epsom Salt.

Instructions

Dissolve the Epsom-salt in hot water and pour in the essential oils if you plan on using them. 

Then, take the clay and make a paste with it. To do this, mix it with a little bit of water. Next, stand in the tub of hot (or warm) water that you prepared with Epsom salt while you rub the clay mixture over your body, creating a mask. Allow this mask to dry for a few minutes before you sit down in the tub. Soak in the tub for a minimum of twenty minutes to allow the mask to pull the toxins from the skin. Finally, remove the clay mask with a washcloth. 

The clay in this bath works to pull any heavy metals from your body, while the Epsom-salt helps you repair your magnesium levels.




3.Oxygen Bath

Ingredients

2 or more cups of Hydrogen Peroxide;
1 Tablespoon of dried Ginger (in powder form).

Instructions:
Add the hydrogen peroxide and ginger to a tub of warm water. Soak in the tub for as long as you’d like. Thirty minutes is recommended. It’s also recommended that you try this bath when you have a cold that involves congestion and general aches and pains.
